Important information about bookings, payments, cancellations and lesson policies

Bookings & Enquiries

All lesson bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings can be made via phone, SMS, email, or the website.

PressGO aims to cofirm all bookings within 24 hours.

Enquiries are welcome and do not garuantee a booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full price of the lesson.

PressGO understands that emergencies happen - contact us as soon as possible.

PressGO will do their best to reschedule at a convenient time.Â
Refunds
-
No refunds are provided for change of mind.
-
Refunds (if applicable) will be at the discretion of PressGO Driving School.

Credit may be offered for future lessons in extenuating circumstances.

Processing times for refunds may vary.
Driving Instructor Responsibilities
-
The instructor will act professionally, patiently and respectfully.
-
The instructor is licenced, fit to teach, and holds required clearances.
-
PressGO provides a registered, insured, safe, and roadworthy vehicle.

Driving instructors must follow the SA Driving Instructor Code of Conduct.Â
-
If a student is not ready for a driving test, the instructor will explain this and reccomend further training.
Limitation of Liability

While the driving instructor takes every care, driving involves risk.

PressGO Driving School is not liable for any injury, loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

You agree to release and indemnify PressGO Driving School, See the full terms for details.

Lesson Payments
-
Payments are required in advance for all lessons.
-
PressGO accepts bank transfer, PayID or cash.
-
50% deposit required for lesson packages, remainder to be paid before halfway.

Reciepts are provided for all payments.
Safety & Vehicle Use
-
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
-
No smoking, vaping or eating in the vehicle.
-
Treat the vehicle with respect and keep it clean.
-
Dash-cams and in-car cameras may be used for safety, training, and insurance purposes.
-
The instructor may take control of the vehicle at any time if required for safety.
Test Packages & Car Hire
-
Test packages include vehicle hire for the driving test only.
-
Vehicle hire is for the scheduled test time and location only.
-
Additional time or changes may incur extra charges.
-
You must meet licensing and eligibility requirements to sit the test.
Student Responsibilities
-
Bring your valid licence and Driving Companion if required.
-
Be ready on time and contact PressGO ASAP if you are late or need to cancel.

Do not attend under the injfluence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving.

Be respectful, follow instructor directions, and drive safely at all times.
-
Wear closed-in shoes and switch off your mobile phone before the lesson.
-
Lessons may be cancelled or ended, with full lesson fees applying, if these conditions are not met.
